This is a planning worksheet. Replace all bracketed items before using the brief. This file does not configure campaign settings or enforce limits.

## 1. Campaign brief
Business: [business]
Campaign title: [title]
Owner/reviewer: [person]
Goal: [one behavior to encourage or understand]
Customer action: [one clear action and channel]
Honesty: Customers should describe their actual experience; a positive opinion is not a condition of the reward.
Disclosure: [clear instruction explaining the incentive relationship alongside the endorsement]
Evidence to submit: [HTTPS post link or written details requested by the business]
Deadline: [date, time, time zone]
Review criteria: [observable criteria from the published brief]
Questions: [how customers can reach the business]
Reward: [exact item/value]
Reward validity: [period]
Reward restrictions: [state all applicable restrictions before participation]
Redemption: [owner/staff workflow for checking the single-use code]
Content reuse: [separate permission process if applicable]

## 2. Invitation scripts
Counter: “We’re inviting regulars to share [experience]. If you’d like to join, this link explains the action and reward after approval. No pressure to take part.”
Receipt: “Your usual order has a story. See our customer campaign and its terms: [link].”
QR sign: “Share [action]. Earn [reward] after an eligible submission is approved. Scan for full instructions.”
Social message: “Thanks for sharing your visit. This optional campaign might interest you: [link].”
Email: “We’re inviting regulars to share [experience]. Read the action, disclosure instructions, and reward terms: [link].”
Requested follow-up: “Here are the campaign details you asked for: [link]. It closes [date]. Let us know if anything is unclear.”

Use messages only where contacting the customer is appropriate. Participation should remain optional. Do not repeatedly pressure someone who declines.

## 3. Budget
Approved participants: [number]
Expected redemption fraction: [0–1]
Actual reward fulfillment cost: [$]
Staff hours: [hours]
Hourly labor assumption: [$]
Other costs: [$]
Estimated total = approvals × redemption fraction × unit cost + hours × hourly rate + other costs.
Fully redeemed scenario = approvals × unit cost + hours × hourly rate + other costs.
These are costs, not a prediction of new customers, impressions, or ROI.

## 4. Staff handoff
- Open the campaign invitation together.
- Rehearse the invitation and make “no thanks” easy.
- Confirm eligibility, disclosure, evidence, and reward terms.
- Assign responsibility for reviewing proof and questions.
- Practice checking and redeeming a single-use reward code.
- Handle used codes or questions through the assigned owner.
- Record actual staff time and confusing steps.

## 5. Review rubric
- Does the submitted proof demonstrate the stated action?
- Does it meet the published timing and eligibility rules?
- Is the incentive relationship disclosed as instructed?
- Are requested changes tied to the published criteria?
- Have you avoided making a favorable opinion a condition?
- Is the reward promise consistent with the invitation?

## 6. Counter sign
Use the on-site sign builder after publishing a campaign. It creates a QR code for your invitation with the counter source. Check the destination and test the printed code on a phone before displaying it.

## 7. End-of-pilot notes
Dates: [start/end]
Invitations where countable: [count]
Joins / submissions / approvals / redemptions: [counts]
Actual reward cost and staff time: [cost/time]
What confused customers? [notes]
What was hard for staff? [notes]
One change for the next campaign: [decision]
Keep later redemptions associated with their original cohort. These counts do not prove incremental revenue.

## Source guidance
Rewarded endorsements can require disclosure. Do not use this kit to request incentivized Google Maps reviews. Arrange appropriate permission before reusing customer content.
