Counter, Instagram, Email, or Partner: Which Campaign Invitation Source Works Best?

Compare invitation sources by the participation they produce and the effort they require. Use distinct source links, follow the same cohort through submission, and keep direct or unknown traffic visible instead of assigning it to a convenient winner.

Use the supported source links consistently

Nanocreator World distinguishes Counter / QR, Instagram, Email, and Partner invitation sources, with Direct / unknown for unattributed participation. Use the corresponding campaign-sharing link in each channel.

A source label describes the link used, not every interaction that influenced a person. Someone can see an Instagram post and later scan a counter sign. Forwarded links can also retain the original source. Do not interpret these labels as a complete customer journey.

The figures below are invented to demonstrate the method. Staff minutes are manually recorded assumptions; this table does not claim that the product automatically measures labor or every exposure.

Compare volume, completion, and effort together

In the example, Instagram brings the most joins, while the counter produces the most submitting participants. Email matches the counter’s completion rate with fewer joins. None of those facts identifies a universal best channel.

Counter recruitment uses five minutes per submitting participant in this example: 60 ÷ 12. Email uses 2.5 minutes: 15 ÷ 6. Those figures exclude review and reward costs, and the audiences differ. They can help allocate the next test, but they do not establish customer acquisition cost.

Make the comparison as fair as practical

Use the same offer and allow similar time to complete. Record changes in staff availability, opening hours, message timing, or partner audience. A channel launched on the final day has less opportunity to produce submissions.

Keep unknown entries in the report. Do not redistribute them across named sources to make the chart look complete. For a small campaign, one or two participants can move a percentage substantially; show counts alongside rates.

Choose the next test, not a permanent winner

If the counter invitation produces useful participation but takes too much staff time, test a clearer sign. If social invitations produce joins without submissions, inspect whether the post accurately describes the required action.

Write down what you will change and what would justify keeping it. Revisit the comparison after another defined cohort rather than multiplying spending or staff effort on the strength of a few early entries. Source tracking is a recruitment aid, not purchase attribution.

Record your next source comparison.

Use the campaign tracker as a starting point for joins, submissions, and your manually recorded effort.
