What this notice covers
Nanocreator World helps businesses run customer participation campaigns, review submissions and fulfill rewards. This notice describes information used in those workflows. Last updated October 18, 2026.
Account and campaign information
Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, name, email address and profile information. We store business profiles, teams, campaigns, reward terms, participation records, submitted links and text, review decisions and reward redemptions. Optional feedback and notification preferences are also stored. Do not submit sensitive personal information in campaign proof or feedback.
How information is used and shared
We use this information to sign you in, associate records with your account, operate campaigns, prevent duplicate reward claims, deliver requested updates and provide support. The campaign business can see your participant name, proof and review information to verify participation and fulfill rewards. Private feedback is available to you and the business owner. Staff access depends on their assigned role. Campaign invitation pages and public posts you link to may be visible to other people.
Service providers
Authentication, hosting, database and notification providers process information needed to operate the service. Google handles the Google sign-in flow; Nanocreator World does not receive your Google password. Optional email and SMS features use the delivery providers configured for the service. External websites and social platforms have their own privacy practices.
Cookies and optional messages
Session cookies support sign-in and account security. Email and SMS campaign updates use the preferences you choose. You can change preferences in the app; SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out. Choosing not to receive optional marketing messages does not require a positive review or change an earned reward.
Retention and your requests
Records are retained as needed to operate accounts and campaigns, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact sarahmarilynsocial@gmail.com with the subject Nanocreator privacy. We may need to verify your account. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes; deletion cannot remove a post you published on another platform.
