A LITTLE HELP GETTING STARTED

Your kit. Your business. Your first move.

The templates are ready to use. Want a hand turning them into a campaign for your business? Tell us what you have in mind.

Optional. We’ll store your details and campaign goal to respond to this request. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The full kit and downloads are available below with no signup.

01 / Write the campaign brief.

Choose one action. Define the evidence and reward before inviting anyone.

  • Action: What should a customer do, and where?
  • Honesty & disclosure: How should they explain the incentive and share their real experience?
  • Evidence: What link or written details should they submit?
  • Timing: What is the deadline, including time zone?
  • Review: Who checks the submission, and against which criteria?
  • Reward: What exactly is offered, with what validity and restrictions?
  • Handoff: Who handles customer questions and redemption?

02 / Make the invitation.

“We’re inviting regulars to share [specific experience]. If you’d like to join, this link explains the action and the reward after approval. No pressure to take part.”

Replace the brackets and keep the invitation consistent with the published campaign. Do not promise an instant reward when a review is required.

03 / Check the reward budget.

Estimated reward costs + team time + other campaign costs = your planning total. Also calculate the scenario where every approved reward is redeemed.

Use actual fulfillment cost, not the menu price. Counts and cost estimates are not revenue attribution.

04 / Give your team a clear handoff.

  1. Open the invitation together and rehearse the short explanation.
  2. Confirm the evidence requirements, reward terms, and customer deadline.
  3. Assign the reviewer and decide how questions will be handled.
  4. Review honestly and consistently; do not make praise a requirement.
  5. Practice checking and redeeming a reward code, including an already-used code.
  6. Record staff effort and confusing steps to improve the next campaign.

Keep the promise clear.

Rewarded endorsements need appropriate disclosure. Do not use these templates to request incentivized Google Maps reviews. Reusing a customer’s content may require separate permission.

See the FTC disclosure guidance and Google Maps content policy. Adapt this operational kit to your business and current rules.

Make your counter sign.

Publish a campaign first, then paste its Nanocreator World invitation link. Match the sign’s wording to your live campaign terms. This tool makes a printable sign; it does not create or change a campaign.
